8x8 Click2Pop enables a website search of the inbound Caller ID number or Caller ID name when calls are received. The application provides two important functions: Click2Pop to search online for matches to Caller ID names and/or numbers and Click2Connect for outbound calling. Click2Connect dials the number exactly as it appears in the browser so international numbers or long distance numbers must include country codes/area codes.
